The question everyone is asking …. !

Just how productive are we working remotely?

For many this forced situation has increased  productivity.

But higher productivity may connect to the concern of potentially facing redundancy?

Some companies believe that employees working within the area of product development- whatever the category – have found it harder to collaborate when operating remotely, resulting  in some  projects taking longer to complete.

New employees recruited remotely may  find it takes longer to integrate and learn as the spontaneity is not there when you need to schedule a  video conversation .

As companies wish to protect their employees the return to the H/O environment may be staggered with the need to alternate between the H/O and remote working.
