The Fashion 2021 New Year Ahead

There is a theory that when we are in recession or going through difficult economic times hemlines drop and when times are good the hemline rises.

Well 2021 sees the return of the micro mini.  So what does that tell us?                                      A sure indication of  greater optimism, healthier and happier times ahead.
