This successful home décor Brand are seeking a Sales & Brand Manager to take responsibility for growing their B2B and building their B2C digital sales.
Responsibilities will include:
Preparing annual budgets for approval
Managing and growing established accounts and opening new business .
Negotiating terms and prices .
Maintaining strong ongoing business relationships
Managing and developing a small team of sales executives.
Having an active involvement at trade shows.
Working with the in-house marketing departments for the development of trade and digital marketing campaigns.
Market research .
Taking responsibility for achieving sales and agreed profit margins .
The Person Requirements :
You will need to have gained several years commercial experience , including wholesale sales of branded home or gift product. Have the ability to lead and manage people. Well developed strategic and analytical skills with great interpersonal skills, a practical approach and sales drive. You may currently be working as a Sales Manager , Sales Director, Commercial Manager, Sales and Brand Manager.
