Ideal for a person who enjoys building new business, developing ongoing business relationships and who has the experience and track record of tendering and achieving results .
Responsibilities will include :

Taking the lead to develop business within different industry sectors including, Beauty, Retail , Consumer Goods ,FMCG, and Technology.
Research and strategies to identify target clients; prospecting with in house digital support .Meeting and presenting to prospective clients and providing support through the conversion process for the different sectors.
Tailoring decks /creating presentations and managing projects with cross functional teams .
Tracking the performance of new business
Working with different channel leads
Keeping up to date with the competitors and innovation whilst being aware of new business trends .
Relaying industry & broader insight back into the organisation.

The Requirements :
.A strong new business development or sales manager background
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and organisational skills.
• Experience in new business prospecting, networking and relationship building.
• Comfort, experience and passion for presenting and representing a business brand
• Previous experience within one or more of the following categories- health, beauty, retail , technology , drinks /FMCG
• Resilient , self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects
• Open to try new technology and digital approaches
