Export Sales Manager- EMEA
This is an excellent opportunity with a high-profile eyewear business , to take responsibility for the hands on sales and business growth within EMEA .
To manage sales growth for licensed and own brands across the regions

An excellent negotiable base salary plus commission with OTE potential of £100,000 +benefits
London base with flexible working and frequent travel
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Senior Brand Manager and VP of Operations and across departments
Direct sales and business development for licensed and own brand optical and sun frames across the EMEA regions
Market research to identify opportunities
Establishing and implementing the sales strategies to open new business accounts and further develop agreed established business
Strategies to achieve excellent growth for the brands.
Hands on sales presentations and price negotiations
Achieving all unit and financial objectives and with margin requirements for the different brands
To take responsibility for sales presentations and for the sales at the major annual trade shows .
Building strong on going business relationships .
With direct sales responsibility you will also maintain and work closely with established distribution partners .
The Person:
Educated to Degree level you will need to have at least 5 years experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager .
Excellent communication and well developed commercial and financial awareness.
A highly motivated person who is happy to work on their own and to travel on a regular basis
Previous optical or pharmaceutical sales experience OR a background within fashion accessories , or licensed accessories brands .
The successful candidate will have the option to work on a self employed or employee basis
