Description:
An excellent opportunity with a Premium Luxury Brand.
As Head of Retail you will be responsible for the UK market and will travel as required from a London base.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to :
Overseeing owned boutiques partnerships and SIS.
Establishing and Implementing business plans
Managing costs, budgets and profit margins
Overseeing the development of regional and retail teams for sales and brand training.
Driving revenue and market growth
Ensuring an exceptional boutique experience to build customer loyalty.
Building strong ongoing business relationships with prestigious partners
Working closely with the marketing and visual merchandising departments for the planning and execution of regular activity and special events .
Maintaining excellent cross department internal relationships
Overseeing activity for new boutique openings, special projects, and events.
Providing ongoing business reports
The Person Sought:
You will need to have a strong retail leadership background which includes a good mix of luxury and main stream. Current UK retail experience is essential and you will need to have operated within a fashion or fashion accessories environment .
This position is London based with UK travel and the successful candidate will need a full clean UK driving license.
